Learnership are offered to job market entrants as well as employees who would like to obtain skills in a specific area.

TL Consulting manages Learnerships on a national basis focusing on the previously disadvantaged learners. The focus is youth, women, disabled. TL Consulting recruits, trains and place the learners with reputable corporates for workplace exposure.  We have managed a number of Learnership in which thousands of learners were offered learning opportunity.
